The service
Citeon measures how AI assistants describe your business and helps you create approved content. Results reflect the answers returned by third-party AI providers at the time of the scan; they vary between runs and are outside our control.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that your business will be mentioned, cited or recommended by any AI system, or any increase in traffic or sales. Features marked as coming soon are not part of the service until released.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for a 7-day grace period and then paid features are paused. Consumers in the EU may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days; contact us to exercise it.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you approve for publication, including on your public company profile. Generated drafts must be reviewed by you before publishing. Do not use the service to analyse websites you are not entitled to represent or to generate misleading content.
Acceptable use
No abuse of the service, scraping of Citeon, circumvention of limits, or attempts to access other customers' data.
